Application Form – Data Consent

Kindly note that SkyHive and the Abdulla Al Ghurair Education Program Ltd. and its affiliated entities, including the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation for Education (together referred as “AGF”) require your consent in order to process your personal data collected under this form to manage Massar Al Ghurair. Without your consent it will not be possible to enroll you in the mentioned program and support your learning journey and professional aspirations.

In line with relevant data protection legislation, your data will be collected, processed, stored and transferred appropriately.

Please read the below sections and bear in mind that consent is necessary for you to sign-up to Massar Al Ghurair.

Upon agreeing to these terms, I consent that:

  • My personal data is being collected, processed, stored and transferred by AGF, and by SkyHive, for the purposes of administration of Massar Al Ghurair.
  • AGF may contact me about other relevant education programs or events that I might be interested in.

In case I am accepted to sign-up to Massar Al Ghurair, I also consent to:

  • My Personal Data being transferred from SkyHive, who process and/or store data in the United States, Canada, India and the United Arab Emirates to AGF, located in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The data will be processed in line with applicable laws.
  • Your personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulatory obligations.
  • Receiving emails and other communications about topics, programs, events, jobs, internships, scholarships, and similar programs that AGF believe may be of my interest.
  • AGF contacting me for research and survey purposes.

I understand and consent to the following:

  • Employers participating in the Massar Al Ghurair program may have access to my personal contact information, including phone and email, for the purpose of directly contacting me regarding employment opportunities, internships, or other professional engagements.
  • I am aware that I could manage the visibility of my personal data through my profile settings. I can choose to limit or hide my profile from being shared with employers.
